THIS 3 WEEK SESSION STARTS OFFICIALLY ON SEPTEMBER 20TH AND GOES TO OCTOBER 11TH.
DONATION DAYS ARE SEPT 16, 17, AND 18. There will be a donation option for the 15th (Monday) as well for those who have already used up your days for the previous session or are just getting back in to kettlebells this week. We have an extra Monday due to the Labor Day Holiday.
We will be keeping the Saturday classes this time around since they did very well! There will be 1, Saturday out of the 4 Saturdays this sessions with no class. Please view the schedule below. If you are interested in the workshop that will be held Sept. 27th or have some friends interested in getting started with kettlebells, this will be a perfect opportunity to really get them going on some great instruction.

I am still taking requests for morning or afternoon times for group classes.
I am pleased to announce that I will be offering another 3 week kettlebell session. For those who do not know what a kettlebell is, it looks like a cannon ball with a handle on it. Some of the exercises are swinging the bell around using your core muscles, hips, and lots of endurance. Ask anyone who has used kettlebells. You will see your strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and stamina improve while watching your body get leaner and more conditioned. I have also provided some kettlebell video clips of some basic kettlebell exercises. Do not be intimidated by them. I have had men and women of all ages and fitness levels use this tool. With the proper technique and form you will be well on your way to amazing shape!
Beginners must take a private or semi-private session prior to joining the group.
Here is the schedule starting June 30th.. I will be taking requests for new times and days. Mornings will be considered.

Tuesday 5:15 p.m.
Wednesday 6:15 p.m.
Thursday 5:15 p.m.
The sessions will run about 45-50 minutes and will include kettlebells, body weight exercises, rings, ropes, and much more. The limited number of people will provide an intimate atmosphere with personalized attention. This is very different from an ordinary workout class. I design the program based on the individuals in the group. This is the closest thing to a private session without the cost.
Get your spot soon before your time fills up! Session will fill up. You can pay online to hold your spot in the times you choose.

Class times are subject to change. I am always open to suggestions on convenient days and times for my clients. I will need at least 4 participants for each time to take place. A full refund will be given if the course does not have enough participants. There will also be a waiting list if the classes book up quickly. There are no make up sessions with this offer.
Kettlebell classes are held in Encinitas.
For the week of May 27th kettlebell group classes will be donation only. There will also be a Beginning Kettlebell Workshop for only $35. 25% of everything will be given to The3Day.org that supports breast cancer. There will be a special schedule this week.
Beginning Kettlebell Workshop - This is designed for the person who has never used a kettlebell before. This will be a 1 hour class that teaches the proper form and technique of the Kettlebell Swing, Clean, Turkish Get Up, Deadlift and much more. After this workshop the student will be allowed to enter the group kettlebell session course.
