He lost a whopping 24 pounds with true dedication and hard work.&amp;nbsp; Johnny never missed a lunch time &lt;a href="http://mykettlebellgroup.blogspot.com/p/class-calendar-and-events.html"&gt;Kettlebell class&lt;/a&gt;, taught by Della Whelchel.&amp;nbsp; He is much stronger and now able to do pull ups with no problems!&amp;nbsp; He changed his eating habits in such a large way.&amp;nbsp; Johnny uses kettlebells several times a week and also makes sure to do something active whether it be outside or in the gym almost daily.&amp;nbsp; Johnny being only 2 months in to his life changing journey he continues to have more goals and doesn't feel like he is done.&amp;nbsp; We all look forward to see what more Johnny has up his sleeve and the goals he will continue to reach, throughout his life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="float: right; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;3rd place&lt;/b&gt; winner is David Sacks.&amp;nbsp; If there was a first place prize for who changed their habits the most along with putting in the most exercise, it would go to David.&amp;nbsp; David made some serious changes in the last 4 weeks.&amp;nbsp; He cleaned up his diet so much and hit some personal records.&amp;nbsp; Newer to kettlebells David was snatching the 32kg with ease.&amp;nbsp; David definitely gained a lot of muscle and lost inches! Packing on lean muscles mass is important for increasing metabolism, which leads to rapid fat loss. There will be a special schedule this week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Beginning Kettlebell Workshop&lt;/span&gt; - This is designed for the person who has never used a kettlebell before. This will be a 1 hour class that teaches the proper form and technique of the Kettlebell Swing, Clean, Turkish Get Up, Deadlift and much more. After this workshop the student will be allowed to enter the group kettlebell session course. &lt;br /&gt;May 27th, Tuesday at 6 p.m. SPACE WILL BE LIMITED! For those who do not know what a kettlebell is, it looks like a cannon ball with a handle on it. Some of the exercises are swinging the bell around using your core muscles, hips, and lots of endurance. Ask anyone who has used kettlebells. You will see your strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and stamina improve while watching your body get leaner and more conditioned. I have had men and women of all ages and fitness levels use this tool. Due to the high response and interest I will be opening a second evening class.  There will be 5 different options with this new kettlebell course.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you are ready to see some amazing results commit yourself to 3 weeks worth of kettlebell sessions. The group size will be limited.  Classes will run about 45 minutes and will be a fun filled circuit of kettlebells, body weight exercises, rings, medicine balls, and much more. You will get the opportunity to see your strength and cardiovascular ability increase tremendously while watching your fat melt away.  The beauty of all of this is it's in a small group so you will get lots of personalized attention almost as if you had your own trainer.
