This will be a 50 minute fat blast and strength class that takes you through the most cutting edge workouts. We will be using kettlebells,TRX Suspension Training, Rings, Ropes, and more... This class will be tailored for people who are just starting with kettlebell training and intermediate levels. Regardless of your level, each session will be modified to fit your particular training need. In order to give personalized attention, the group size is limited, a spot for the 6 week session will need to be reserved.
