I am pleased to announce that I will be offering another 3 week kettlebell session. For those who do not know what a kettlebell is, it looks like a cannon ball with a handle on it. Some of the exercises are swinging the bell around using your core muscles, hips, and lots of endurance. Ask anyone who has used kettlebells. You will see your strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and stamina improve while watching your body get leaner and more conditioned. I have had men and women of all ages and fitness levels use this tool. With the proper technique and form you will be well on your way to amazing shape!
Beginners must take a private or semi-private session prior to joining the group.

The sessions will run about 45-50 minutes and will include kettlebells, body weight exercises, rings, ropes, and much more. The limited number of people will provide an intimate atmosphere with personalized attention. This is very different from an ordinary workout class. I design the program based on the individuals in the group. This is the closest thing to a private session without the cost.

Class times are subject to change. I am always open to suggestions on convenient days and times for my clients. I will need at least 4 participants for each time to take place. A full refund will be given if the course does not have enough participants. There will also be a waiting list if the classes book up quickly. There are no make up sessions with this offer.
