I am excited to announce that I will be offering another 3 week kettlebell group session. For those who are taking it right now, know first hand how fun and challenging this is. There will be new times and prices. Due to the high response and interest I will be opening a second evening class. There will be 5 different options with this new kettlebell course.
If you are ready to see some amazing results commit yourself to 3 weeks worth of kettlebell sessions. The group size will be limited. Classes will run about 45 minutes and will be a fun filled circuit of kettlebells, body weight exercises, rings, medicine balls, and much more. You will get the opportunity to see your strength and cardiovascular ability increase tremendously while watching your fat melt away. The beauty of all of this is it's in a small group so you will get lots of personalized attention almost as if you had your own trainer. If you have no prior experience with kettlebells, it is required that you take at least a half hour private session with me in order to safely join a group. Here are the different options and price packages for the 3 weeks.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays $153 9 sessions
Tuesday and Thursdays ONLY $105 6 sessions
Saturdays ONLY (outside) $70 3 sessions
Spots will be limited and will be held after payment is received. Limited spots gives me the opportunity to give more personalized attention to everyone in the session throughout the duration of the course. It is required that you can safely maneuver a kettlebell and are comfortable with certain exercises. Please contact me to set up a session to get you started if you want to join a group.
Class times are subject to change. I am always open to suggestions on convenient days and times for my clients. I will need at least 4 participants for each time to take place. A full refund will be given if the course does not have enough participants. There will also be a waiting list if the classes book up quickly. There are no make up sessions with this offer.
